We sauté the beef with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, bay leaf and peppercorns. When golden, we remove it from the pan and in the same oil, we fry the onion, the carrots and the garlic. The meat is then incorporated again, the white wine and water are poured and left to cook until the meat is tender. Finally, add the vegetables and let them cook until tender. VEGAN OPTION AVAILABLE with no meat
