We fry the chicken for a few minutes together with the fresh rosemary chopped very finely. Once golden we remove it to a tray. Add the sliced peppers, the chopped onion and the bacon to the pot. We sauté it for another five minutes and then the paprika is added. We put the tomatoes in the pan with their juice, wine, olives and capers. We bring to a boil. We add the chicken and cook it for 30 minutes.

Chicken, bacon, onion, tomato, white wine (sulphites), black olives, capers, de la Vera paprika, extra virgin olive oil and salt.

Cooking instructions: From chilled, put in the microwave at full power for 5 minutes.
