Order Deadline for Sunday
We first golden brown the pork loin in Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Afterwards, in the same pot we fry the onion, garlic and carrots to then add the Porto wine. Then we add the mix to the pork loin and let it slow cook for 8 hours.
