According to my grandfather, this soup can bring someone back to life. The picadillo soup is made with the homemade broth from the Madrilenian stew, some small noodles (fideos), Iberian ham and chicken. Serving suggestion: Add a chopped hard-boiled egg ... and that is the traditional recipe!
Broth made with : Chicken, chickpeas, carrots, Iberian ham, Iberian bacon, Iberian chorizo (gluten free), salt. Then, added WHEAT small noodles, iberian ham, chicken.
Cooking instructions: From chilled, put in the microwave at full power for 5 minutes.
