In a wide pan put the asparagus and the fillet to sauté. When the meat and the asparagus are slightly browned, add the grated tomato and the saffron. Then the special fidegua noodles are added, stir-fried for a couple of minutes and then the meat broth is added. Fi,nally add the mashed garlic and parsley until the noodles are cooked.
Pork fillet, green asparagus, noodles for fideuá (wheat flour), tomato, beef stock (may contain celery), garlic, parsley, saffron and extra virgin olive oil.
