Castilian soup o "sopa de ajo" as popular known in Spain, has humble origins and very simple ingredients, but has received wide recognition in the Spanish gastronomy. Again, the presence of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Paprika de la Vera, in addition to the homemade broth and Iberian ham, increases the richness of its flavour. PRESENTATION SUGGESTION: Add, as shown in the picture, an egg while heating the soup in a saucepan until cooked.
