Below you will find answers to the most frequent questions about ByArena.

It is necessary to make an order of at least 20 pounds for us to be able to deliver it to your house, however you can always come to pick it up to our kitchen. In that case, there would be no minimum amount.

We will deliver the order to you the Sunday after your request and according to the time slot you chose when ordering.

You can come pick it up at our kitchen on Sundays between 12-3pm and 5pm- 8pm. Our address is 11, Hermitage Park South (EH6 8EZ). If you have any problems with this schedule, don not hesitate to contact us.

Most of our dishes come in food containers of 650ml with the exception of desserts that are 300ml or those that are freshly made (marked with a * in the catalogue) and indicate the estimated number of people that it will feed.

Most of our dishes come frozen except for those that you receive freshly made (they are indicated with a *) like the omelette or the empanada.

If you have enough time it is best to leave the container a few hours before consuming in the refrigerator to thaw slowly and then heat it in the microwave for 3 to 4 minutes, but you can heat it from frozen for 5 mins. If you do not have a microwave, you can heat it in the oven or in a saucepan or pan.

Our dishes do not have preservatives but as they are delivered frozen they have an expiration date of at least two months.

In the tab of our dishes you can check the ingredients they are made of, containing in bold the most common allergens.

Once you have finished choosing all the dishes of your order simply click on checkout, in the payment area you will find a box on the right to redeem your discount code. It will automatically be applied to your order.
