Heat extra virgin olive oil in a casserole and poach the garlic and onion over low heat. Add the chopped peppers and then add the zucchini and the crushed tomato and let poach for a minimum of an hour and a half in a very low heat. Overcoat the cod in egg and wheat flour and fry it in olive oil at 180ºC.

Onion, garlic, green and red pepper, zucchini, tomato, cod (fish)wheat flour, egg, extra virgin olive oil and salt..

Cooking instructions: From chilled, put in the microwave at full power for 5 minutes.
