Order Deadline for Sunday
We roast the aubergines in the oven and then empty them. We mix their meat with a bolognese sauce that has been slow cooked for 6 hours. Then we fill them up again and gratin with a very soft béchamel sauce and grated cheese.
Eggplant, minced beef, carrot, tomato, onion, garlic, wheat flour, milk, grated cheese (milk), extra virgin olive oil and salt.
