First of all, the filling of the cannelloni should be prepared. First, cook the spinach and then sauté them with the pine nuts with extra virgin olive oil for a few minutes. Then mix with the ricotta and grind. Fill the cannelloni, make a béchamel sauce, cover the cannelloni and bake about 30 minutes.

Keep frozen at -18ºC. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and consume in 2 or 3 days.
Cooking instructions: From chilled, put in the microwave at full power for 5 minutes.
