We begin by elaborating the farce with which we are going to fill the piquillo peppers. For this, we make a béchamel sauce to which we incorporate the cod. Fill the peppers, cover them with the sauce and bake them for a few minutes.

Piquillo peppers, cod (fish)milk, wheat flour, cream (milk), extra virgin olive oil and salt.

Keep frozen at -18ºC. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and consume in 2 or 3 days.
Cooking instructions: From chilled, put in the microwave at full power for 5 minutes.
