After making the dough and letting it rise, spread it with a rolling pin on a baking tray. Then fill it with a vegetable sauté to which we incorporate aubergines and roasted peppers. Close the empanada and paint the surface with egg before putting it in the oven.

TUNA: Yeast, wheat flouregg, onion, tomato, tuna (fish), paprika, extra virgin olive oil, salt, may contain red pepper.

VEGETABLES: Yeast, wheat flouregg, roasted vegetables (peppers, aubergines, onion) extra virgin olive oil, salt.

Keep refrigerated and consume in 2-3 days.
Cooking instructions: From chilled, put in the microwave at full power for 3 minutes.
